Prices
The prices specified in our offer lists are in EUR including the German VAT (19 % ). They do not contain shipping fees. If you are an EU commercial customer and supply us with your valid EU VAT-ID we can invoice you VAT free. Deliveries to outside the EU are generally invoiced without VAT.
Important note for customers who want to buy VAT free by using a VAT ID: Before ordering, please first check the validity of your VAT ID here.
Payment
For deliveries to abroad we request you to pay in advance, either by bank/wire transfer or via Paypal.
Minimum Order Value
For delivery inside Germany the minimum order value is 15 EUR; for deliveries to abroad the minimum order value is 50 EUR.

Warranty
For deliveries inside Germany and the EU we give a warranty on all goods of 1 year. For deliveries to outside the EU we give a warranty of 1 month. Please note the special warranty and cancellation regulations for private end users inside the EU in our General Terms and Conditions.

Sorry, we sell only to commercial customers and resellers, but not to private end users.
